In the second last hand of Seven Card Stud, Nicholas Mingoia stared down at fewer than one and a half full bets. Joshua Chudnovsky completed and Jean Kabbaj raised. Mingoia jammed for 270,000 and was called both ways.

On fourth street, there was some confusion as Kabbaj had bet and Chudnovsky moved part of his chips around but didn’t announce a raise. It was ruled as just a call, though Chudnovsky had the clear intention to get his short stack in. That happened on fifth street for 40,000 on top of the full bet and all cards were revealed.

Chudnovsky had a club flush draw which he missed while Mingoia paired his queen on sixth but bricked off too. The split kings of Kabbaj didn’t need to improve and he earned the double knockout.

Jean Kabbaj – 2,750,000
Benjamin Sweetman – 750,000
Joshua Chudnovsky – Eliminated in 3rd Place (€9,300)
Nicholas Mingoia – Eliminated in 4th Place (€7,100)
