Oopsie! I only caught the very tail end of the hand but it looked as though Barry Moore bluffed all in with 9-5 offsuit on the river of a KA4JJ board (I’m afraid the cards were swept in too quickly for me to assess any busted flush draw possibilities etc – I’m sure Moore had his reasons though). Either way, Janis Valters won the hand with A5 and Moore was actually standing to leave before it was deemed that he had Valters covered – by 3k. Less than one small blind. He sat back down looking extremely unhappy about the whole thing – fair. Valters – chip leader or close to it for much of today – now has a very messy stack that can only be described as “loads”.
UPDATE: the poker gods brought forth no miracles and Moore is no, um, more.
