If you haven’t booked your flight to Dublin yet, don’t panic! There are still lots of flights available and the good news is that there are a bunch of bargains out there too!

From the UK
There are direct flights to Dublin from nearly 20 UK airports, including a gazillion on Ryanair. Ryanair actually has some amazing bargains at the moment. On March 26, the first day of the festival, a Ryanair flight to Dublin can be had for as little as £20 from most of their airport hubs.

Aer Lingus has March 26 flights starting from £40 and even British Airways has a bunch of flights for under £100. You’ll need to hunt around to get the real bargains but it’s worth it – these are amazing prices! And just imagine – you could be propped up at the bar in the Craic Den only a few hours after leaving home!

Europe & beyond
Flights to Dublin are also super-affordable from Europe. Ryanair is again making it dirt cheap with Paris > Dublin flights on March 25, starting from €22. Other Ryanair departure airports are also offering great bargains such as Madrid, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Milan, Malta, Athens and many more.

The Irish Open is always super popular with players from North America and, if you’re savvy, there are still some direct flights from airports like JFK for as little as $580 return. Canadians are also in luck, with direct flights from Toronto to Dublin starting at around CAD $700. Although the longer journey might come with a higher price tag, we know full well how much Canadians love the Irish Open and consider the trip worth every penny.

Once you land …
Another bonus about our Royal Dublin Society venue is that it’s only around 30 minutes by taxi from Dublin Airport so it’s easy to get to as well. And the Irish Poker Open is superbly located to give you a wide choice of accommodation options, ensuring you have a comfortable and convenient stay while attending the festival. The Herbert Park Hotel and Clayton Ballsbridge Hotel are two of the festival’s top recommendations but do reserve your room soon as both these hotels get booked up quickly. See our hotels page for more details.
