Tara Schwartz limped in and then folded to a raise by Karen Muir.
The next limped pot to the turn on which Schwartz bet 80,000 to win the pot.
Schwartz also got a button shove through before Muir limped the button and Schwartz checked.
On the flop, Schwartz check-called for 100,000 and the turn was checked. Schwartz then pushed all-in after the river and Muir asked for a count.
The all-in was for 535,000 and Muir took half a minute to then call.
“You got me,” Schwartz said and exposed her for the missed straight draw. Muir only had the for a pair of nines but it was good enough to win the hand and tournament.
“I was repping the king-queen and knew she didn’t have it, but she called with a nine,” Schwartz told her nearby rail. Her runner-up finish comes with a payday of €10,750 while Muir earned her second-largest live poker cash of €16,200 and the Irish Open winner’s trophy.
