Congratulations to Riku Koivurinne, who saw off the challenge of Liam Coyle to collect €4,782 and the Championship trophy, proving his short deck prowess.
So effective was Riku’s poker face during the event, he even kept it for the winner’s shot! We know he was very happy to take down the event though, and there will be many an envious player eyeing his shiny Irish Open trophy.
Worth mentioning too is Waheed Ashraf’s 3rd place. Having already collected one trophy in the form of the Hendon Mob Championship Event just a few days ago, Waheed is having a superb week at the felt. Lovely fella too, it’s great to see the good guys crushing at the felt.
