Cosmin Chisels Chip Lead Away from Wadey

Cosmin Chisels Chip Lead Away from Wadey

I caught the hand from the flop (after just seeing some sort of bet/call out of the corner of my eye preflop). When I turned my attention to it fully, the flop read 5c 7c 3s and Waheed “Wadey” Ashraf (utg+1) had checked to Cosmin Chis (utg+2) who bet 75k. Wadey called.

The turn was the Jc and Wadey check-called Chis again, this time for 150k. On the Ad river, the same story, only for 300k. Wadey made the call, but mucked with obvious frustration when Chis innocently turned over 3h 3c for a flopped set.

Wadey’s down to 1.3 million – still above the 1 million average – but Chis is now our chip leader on just a little under 2.3 million.
