Level 8: 800-1,600/1,600
Just before Level 8 – the last level before the next break – Warren Aspey and Jason Tompkins played a 12,000 pot with a board. Aspey shuffled his chips and then eventually bet 7,500. Tompkins looked down at his hole cards, confirmed the strength of his hand, and then folded. As the dealer pushed all the chips Aspey’s way, he showed for a stone-cold bluff. Some chitty banter followed but we didn’t pick up exactly what was said.
