Run by Paul O’Reilly and JP McCann in collaboration with global poker sites PokerStars and Paddy Power, the Irish Poker Open is more than just a poker tournament; it’s an annual celebration of fun and festivities that attracts thousands of players from all over the globe. The record-breaking 2024 Main Event attracted well over 3,000 entries and, across the 35 different tournaments on the schedule, there were more than 17,000 entries with close to €7.5 million awarded in prize money.
