One of the tougher first round matchups has Sweden’s Jakob Linden facing down David Lappin, it looks as if both players deployed all their chips to start and play some deep stack poker.
It was Lappin’s button when we caught the action on the Jd 7c 6h, 2h board. Lappin had bet some 2,500 and Linden took his time to check-call.
The river Td completed only 8-9, perhaps improving J-T. Linden broke the natural rhythm as, after a brief time, he moved all-in. Lappin took a long time in the tank, before folding what looked like a middling pair.
Not too much later Linden sent Lappin to the rail.
