Martin Byrne and Cameron Sinclair final tabled the Hendon Mob Championship, Byrne ending up taking the trophy. They will be dance partners again in the JP Masters, paired at the same table, also including Maria Lampropulos.

Here Sinclair opened to 1,700 under the gun, and was met with a three-bet to 5,500 from Luke Boynton in middle position. Byrne was a couple of seats along, and he cold four-bet jammed for 15,700.

Action folded back to Sinclair, and he took some time for thought, before five-bet jamming. This sent Boynton into a world of pain, with around 25,000 behind. He spent about two minutes thinking it over, heads in his hands at various points, and eventually folded.

Byrne tabled , and Sinclair had , much to the amusement of the table, including Boynton, who nodded when Sinclair asked if he had folded jacks.

If so, the king-king-jack flop will have irked him, but he didn’t seem too concerned. As it was Byrne and Sinclair chopped Boynton’s money.
