In the last hand of the old level, Nenad Svetomirovic raised blind to 105,000 and Andreas Paliogiannis repotted to 345,000 in the small blind for Svetomirovic to call.
The Greek got his last 40,000 in after the flop and Svetomirovic called, but told the dealer he want to “make it more dramatic” by flipping over one card after the other – he had not seen them yet but was certain he had a queen.

Svetomirovic indeed had the queen and Paliogiannis was in dire shape. The turn gave him a full house and the river was a blank. Since he had prematurely exposed the cards, Svetomirovic was given a two-hand penalty.
