Cards are in the air for the first of 35 tournaments of the 2024 Irish Open. The opening €350 Event kicked off with a couple of minutes delay and there are some 58 players registered. Among those seated right away are PokerStars lead commentator James Hartigan (the early bird catches the worm, first to register!), Nicholas Newport, Eric Wasylenko (a flag-hunting Canadian), Felix Schneiders, Martin Olali, and Jamie Nixon.
Blinds are 100-200 with a big blind ante of 200.
