In a three-bet pot between Nils Mallon in the small blind and Marc MacDonnell on the button, 290,000 had made its way into the middle on a flop of , where Mallon slid out a bet of 70,000. MacDonnell called after quite a bit of thought.
The hit on the turn, and Mallon checked after quite a bit of delay. MacDonnell also took a reasonable period to act, before sending 125,000 into the middle.
Mallon thought it through but folded.
In the next hand, last woman standing Carol Walker was forced all-in from the big blind for her final 10,000.
