James Wynne Tops Day 1 Of 8-Max, Reg Stays Open Overnight

Ireland’s own James Wyne leads the €1,150 NLH 8-Max tournament after Day 1, with 233 entries reported so far. Late registration remains open overnight, closing at the start of Day 2 (Tuesday, 12pm).

There will be at least 103 stacks on the tables — none bigger than 368,000 of Wynne. Notable players who made it through the first ten levels included PaddyPower Poker Ambassador Dara O’Kearney (109,000) and PokerStars Ambassador Benjamin Spragg (77,000), among others.
