The field has reached level seven and there are now just over 100 players remaining with some 145 entries recorded. Among those to bow out recently were Olof Franke Von Zweigbergk, Barrie Dear, Osman Mustanoglu, Sean Godley, Matthew Paoletti, Wendy Lambert, and Andrew Sweeney.
Whether or not they will re-enter remains to be seen as the penultimate level of the late registration period is already underway.
