While the battle for the title in the 224-runner €200 Deaf Championship Main Event rages on in one section of the Royal Dublin Society’s ballroom-sized main hall, another fight over the felt for the Deaf community begins.
This time it’s in the oh-so-trendy Mystery Bounty format, with regular prize money making up half of the payouts, and surprise bounties on players’ heads (awarded once the field is down to 20% ) the other. For the bargain price of €150, players get all of the excitement of the Random Draw and another chance to celebrate the popularity of Deaf poker.
After this one, there remains only the €350 Deaf High Roller (Sunday, March 29 at 14:00) to round off the series-within-a-series that has been such a success at the Irish Open 2026.
