Vikrum Mehta limped the first Small Blind, and Sascha Manns called from the second Small Blind. Georgina James (who is this live reporter’s favorite Backgammon opponent) checked her Big Blind, and the three players went to the flop.
All three players checked the flop. Mehta drew four, Manns drew two, and James decided to discard all five of her cards in exchange for new ones. Mehta checked the turn, and Manns bet 4,500. He shared a laugh with the rest of the table, seeing as James and Mehta both made the call, despite drawing so many new cards after the flop.
Another check from Mehta on the turn prompted a 10,500 bet from Manns. James made the call before Mehta folded.
