The traditional €350 America’s Cup attracted 795 entries this year and the bubble burst when Margers Krauja busted in 120th place. The remaining players locked up slices of the €239,057 prize pool, the largest portion of which will, of course, be reserved for the victor.
The champ will walk away with €44,160 on Thursday, but it’s still a long way to glory at this moment, as there are 48 runners eyeing the prize after bagging advancing stacks tonight.
Michael Malm leads the pack, which also includes former Irish Open Main Event winner Ian Simpson, among others. See below for the top 10 chip counts and check out the PAYOUTS tab for the prize money allocation.
And come back at noon as we’ll be live reporting the final day here at irishpokeropen.com.
