Once the scoring hands have been establish, it’s time to add the royalty points, which work as follows:
Front Hand
Front hand royalties are a simple affair: 66 is the lowest hand to qualify for the bonus and recieves 1 point. You get an extra point for each sequential ranking above this. So 77 is worth 2 points, 88 is worth 3, and so on — all the way up to AAA, which nets you a bang-tidy 22 points.
