Evert Bos and Danielle Noja clashed preflop and Bos was all in for 60,000. Bos turned over split tens and Noja had split eights.
Bos improved to two pair with queens and tens, leaving Noja to squeeze his river card. He required either an ace or an eight to take it down. However, it was spotted that the dealer had not burnt any cards on any of the streets.
The floor was called over and they ruled because it wasn’t spotted until the river, random card theory would be enforced and the hand will stand as played. A couple of the players were arguing the hand could have been easily reset and a second opinion was sought.
A second tournament director came and reiterated the first ruling. Noja could not beat Bos and the Dutchman doubled-up
