One of the bargain tournaments of the schedule at the 2024 Irish Open is the Mini Main Event Championship with a moderate buy-in of just €200. The event comes with a massive guarantee of €500,000 and there are nine starting days available. Each of them plays to the money to make sure that everyone returning for the grand finale on Monday, April 1, 2024 have a cash prize locked up and won’t get slapped by an April Fools Joke.
The massive chip leader so far is Gabriel Bitton with a stack of 1,250,000 on Day 1c. That flight had 487 entries and Bitton sailed past all other big stacks in any of the other flights. You can check out the full chip counts of that starting day right here.
Day 1e is currently on the first break as six levels of 20 minutes each have been completed. So far, a large field of 537 entries has emerged already of which 440 players remain in the first break. In 20 minutes, all those with chips at their disposal will return to blinds of 300-600 and a big blind ante of 600. New entrants would start their journey with 50 big blinds and the late registration remains open until the end of level 10.
