Towards the end of the level, several players who had just won an all-in were then knocked out such as Eriks Krumins, and Iman Ghashayar, and they were joined on the rail by John Duthie, David Hu, Kenneth Griffin and Erik Eisen.
Everyone who survived the recent carnage was sent on a 20-minute break, during which the T-100 chips are raced off. All last minute additions will start their journey with fewer than 20 big blinds and another mass exodus is expected once the cards go back in the air.
