The ITM-stage of the tournament approached at rapid speed, and it become evident all players wanted to secure a profit; there were a lot thinking going on at various tables.

At Table 2, Luke Walsh opened to 80,500, leaving himself 3,000 behind. Then, Brian McLeman went all in for 43,000 from the Small Blind. Action would ramp up even more, as big-stacked Adam Wilkinson called from the Big Blind.

The flop came , and Wilkinson bet the minimum amount of one Big Blind – 8,000 – in order to force Walsh all in. Walsh waited for three minutes before he could confirm that hand-by-hand play had started. He then made the call.

The players were urged by the floor not to turn over their hole cards yet, as there still was some action on other tables. The trio had to wait seven minutes before they were allowed to reveal their holdings.
