It’s no fun turning up at a tournament & seeing every pot pushed the way of your opponent. Vaidas Siriunas hadn’t managed to break his duck but as we passed his table, we saw a pot finally heading toward his stack.
“Yes I won one! Now I can sleep good!” he said enthusiastically, miming a good night’s sleep with two hands pressed palm to palm and tilted against his head. Could this be the tiny springboard that sets in motion a deep run for Siriunas?
If so, he has plenty of work ahead of him, seeing as his stack is just below starting, on about 29k.
