The €550 JP Masters, boasting the chunkiest side event buy-in at the Irish Open so far (excluding the Luxon Pay High Roller), has begun, attracting over 130 entrants in its first 30 minute level. This event has its own prestigious, if slightly shorter, history: first held by JP McCann as a stand-alone festival back in 2008, it was incorporated into the Irish Open in 2016 and has become a staple of the festival.
