The numbers have been crunched and we are delighted to announce that this year’s Irish Open Main Event has turned 2,491 entries into a total prizepool of €2,428,725, with 311 places paid – a 22% increase on last year’s already record-breaking field/prizepool. Organiser Paul O’Reilly has declared this to be the biggest poker tournament ever held in Ireland, and we believe him. One glorious winner will get €365,000; the rest will be paid out to 310 other players in the following amounts:
