It took more than three hours to bring the Heads-Up championship field down to 32 players, mainly due to a marathon match between Christopher Robinson and Istvan Szakacs. The latter eventually prevailed and progressed to Round 3 after nearly a three-and-a-half-hour battle. Szakacs will join the other 31 winners, who could enjoy an extended break following their victories as the next round start time got pushed to 6:40 p.m.
