In the closing seconds of Level 20 (blinds 20k/40k), a big pot also played out between Justin Boyle on the button and small blind Baptiste Duny. Boyle had bet 110,000 when Duny checked to him on the turn, the board reading 7c 7s 8s 6h. Duny called and the river was provided: Kd. Now Duny led out for a chunky 370,000 (around half his opponent’s remaining chips) and eventually got a call, but no show – as he tabled 9x Tx for the turned straight. Boyle will return from the break with 300,000.
