The dealer announced to the tournament director that they had an all in and a call. The “TD” told the dealer to freeze the action while another hand was playing out at one of the other tables. It was a bit humoristic to see O’Boyle’s and Chitgukapar’s hand laying face up on the table for maybe three minutes before the board was dealt.
The runout meant that O’Boyle was unfortunate enough to become the bubble boy. He left in 28th place, meaning the remaining warriors are all guaranteed a €370 min-cash. Play will now continue until nine players remain.
