Robert Ashelm raised to 90,000 in the cutoff and kept 10,000 chips behind. Judy Whitlow on the button reraised to 175,000 and the blinds folded.
Ashelm used all his time bank extensions and even sweated an all-in at the table right next to them.
“That’s a different tournament,” Adrian Strobel said and Ashelm could all but laugh, fist-bumped Strobel. He then used the last time bank and called all-in with the worse “never lucky with ace-jack”.

Ashelm needed to get lucky but the runout didn’t bring such thing. In the next few hands, Steven Tool and Giuseppe Dedoni busted and the field was down to the last 25 hopefuls.
