The blinds have reached 600-1,200 with a big blind ante of 1,200 in level seven and out of a field of 335 entries, only some 222 players remain. Nearly one third of the field has already been felted, some players even twice to end their journey in the opening event.
Some of the notables on the rail as of late include Kevin Frame, Emmett Mullin, Marle Spragg, Colm Chan, Mick Graydon, Marc MacDonnell, Marc Foggin, and defending champion Noel Hayes. The 285 entries from 2023 have already been smashed.
