On the bubble, Lars Kampheus opened to 18,000 under the gun, and was met with a three-bet to 44,000 from Sam Grafton in the next seat. Action folded back to Kampheus, who took some time for thought, before he four-bet jammed for 200,000, receiving a snap-call from Grafton. Kampheus slightly covered Grafton.
