The €5,000 Luxon Pay High Roller 8-Max is up to 35 entries in the early parts of Level 2 with 33 players remaining in their seats including the likes of Juha Helppi, Daniel Wilson, Bert Stevens, Benjamin “Spraggy” Spraggs, Roope Tarmi, Tobias Peters, Marc Macdonnell, and Fintan Hand in the mix. Ankit Ahuja was the first player to hit the rail and he has not yet re-entered.
However, we witnessed Jon Kyte at the registration desk. We asked him how things were going and he shared that he would re-enter after becoming the second player to hit the rail.
“I bluffed with top pair,” Kyte said.
“How’s that?” we asked.
“I had ace-three on an ace-high board,” said Kyte. I tried to push my opponent off a better hand with a jam but he called me with ace-queen.”
Kyte further shared that he popped into The Hendon Mob Championship earlier today. That didn’t go well either but there is still plenty of time for Kyte to turn the tables in both the €5,000 Luxon Pay High Roller and the festival. If anyone is capable, it is Jon.
