Robert Bull made it 55,000 to go and Ranno Sootla in the big blind three-bet to 140,000. Back on Bull, the Scotsman pushed all-in and Sootla double-checked his cards before mucking a suited ace-rag.
Keith Johnson raised to 125,000 next in the cutoff and Sootla eyeballed his stack. “One big blind behind?” he asked and then flat-called in the small blind. The flop came and Sootla bet more than the minimum to send Johnson into the tank.
“Wish I would have made it one hundred, I got back doors though,” Johnson said. He used a time bank and then called for the 25,000 he had behind.
