The same pattern followed on the turn, this time in respect of a bet of 275,000 from Johnston.
The rolled off on the river. Max checked once more, and Johnston jammed with the covering stack. Max, who had 1,075,000 behind went deep into thought, to the extent that the clock was called and his hand was eventually declared dead.
