Goooood morning poker players and welcome back to Dublin where Europe’s oldest, and quite honestly best, poker festival is about to begin! We’re settling into our gorgeous new home at the Royal Dublin Society – for the next couple of days we’ll be in the already quite capacious Hall 3 before we move into the mind-bogglingly vast Main Hall when the Main Event begins on Wednesday.
Today’s main course, as it were, is the €350 NLH 6-Max Championship event starting at 4pm, with late reg open until 9pm. We have a few other tidbits on offer today for those who just fancy a little something-something – there’s a 150 NLH at 6pm, as well as satellites for the Main Event and the LuxonPay High Roller at 8pm. Speaking of which, our beautiful new home’s central location means that we are in close proximity to a variety of eating and drinking establishments, nighttime entertainments and the like. We are fully expecting the craic over the next 10 days to be truly mighty. Welcome to the 2023 Irish Open!
