After a five-minute break, the two remaining players discussed a deal. Alexandre Pruneau had 15,385,000 chips and Henning Kosmalla had 6,875,000.

The tournament director provided the ICM figures, where Kosmalla would receive €49,021, and Pruneau would get the trophy and €58,579. After speaking with their backers the pair shook hands and did the deal.
