Sebastian Bader opened to 8,000 from the Cut-off. Then, from the Small Blind, Peter Burnett decided to raise to 30,000. Bader took a moment before making the call.
The flop came , and Burnett checked as quickly as humanly possible. Bader checked back, which brought the on the turn. Again Burnett checked prior to Bader forcing his opponent all in for roughly 70,000.
“You can get famous; he’s writing about it,” the Bader speech play commenced as he informed Burnett he had the reporter on his back. “Famous for winning, or famous for losing,” Bader continued as Burnett laughed, somewhat confused over what his opponent could be sitting on. Eventually, he folded.
“Show for the blog,” the table prompted Bader, who turned over for trips. It would have been cooler if he would’ve revealed , but hey, at least he won the pot.
