Alexander Rizvi raised and Javier Francort three-bet, Rizvi four-bet and Francort was one chip short of getting his 8,500 in. He took two and Rizvi took one to get that last 500 chips in. Francort then took one and Rizvi patted after which the Dutch player joked “none you said? fuck me.”
On the final draw, the discarding repeated and Francort then exclaimed “you win” as he flashed a pair. Rizvi won the pot with the to jump to around 53,000.
Francort re-entered right after, moments before the players were sent on their second 20-minute break of the day. The T-100 chips will be raced off now and once the action resumes, the late registration period is over.
