Any thoughts Eoghan Rogers had of an unlikely comeback were unfortunately short-lived after the second hand of heads-up play.
Yurii Zabrodotskyi opened to 500,000, and was met with a three-bet to 1,500,000 from Rodgers in the big blind. Zabrodotskyi four-bet covering Rogers remaining stack, and Rogers moved the remainder of his chips into the middle.

Rogers was ahead and looked to be heading for another double-up after the flop gave him top two pair.
However Zabrodotskyi still had outs to the straight, and although the turn was a brick, the river sent Zabrodotskyi the pot and the title with the six-high straight.
The players shook hands warmly and Zabrodotskyi gave a little fist pump, clearly delighted by his victory.
Yurii Zabrodotskyi – 13,500,000
Eoghan Rogers – eliminated
