Waheed Ashraf opened to 400,000 from UTG. Corne Scheel called from the Button prior to Cristian-Mihaita Ivanus raising to 1,600,000 from the Big Blind. Ashraf folded, while Scheel made the call.
The flop came . Ivanus C-bet 1,200,000 and Scheel made the call. On the turn , action went check-check.
When the landed on the river, Ivanus forced his opponent all in for 3,575,000. Scheel was visibly agonized by the move and twisted and turned in his chair for a minute or two. Eventually, he verbally announced “call”.
