Known to their friends outside the Corn Hole world as Scott Pollington-Woods and Anna Duxbury, the married couple clearly know their way around each other’s corn holes, and stormed to a stunning victory in surely the most exciting event taking place at today’s Irish Open festival.
We understand that Pollington-Woods already qualified for Day 2 of the Main the old-fashioned way (“We’ll sort something out,” promised Hole-meister Phil), so we’ll be seeing both of them at the felt over in the Main Hall bright and early tomorrow.
