It was Kd 9d all-in before the flop for Calogero Morreale in late position, but his opponent Andrew Bak in the blinds woke up with Ah Kc. It would be another 15bb in Bak’s stack, or a 30bb to work with for Morreale.
The flop came 4h 3s Ts. The 6s turn was of no help to anyone, not a spade in the holdings.
The river Th mean that Bak would get to pull an envelope out of a bag and see what size of bounty he was collecting. He did and it was worth €5,000! Brilliant.
