Seemingly insatiable tournament player Mark Buckley jumped into the €250 Hendon Mob Championship right after securing his place in tomorrow’s Quarter Final in the €350 Heads Up Championship by beating three opponents, one on one, back to back today.
Just now he moved all in for 25,000 or so over the top of an UTG+1 open from Ionut Sandu, finding Michael O’Neill lurking behind to take him on with what turned out to be a dominating ace (Ah Jc vs. As 9h). Sandu got out of the way, and with a runout of 9c 2h Jh 7s 4h, Buckley has run out of tournaments to enter today (unless the High Roller or the Main Event satellite now in Level 6 take his fancy…)
