Bradley Harwood has taken down the €350 6-max Pot Limit Omaha Championship for a cool €18,960. He beat his close friend Sander Ostlyngen heads-up to take the trophy and the biggest live cash of his career.

The online grinder who goes by the name of ‘mrbradleyy’ only jumped into the tournament last night on a whim to splash about with his mates and have a few drinks. But in a game his not that familar with he outlasted 316 other players to take the crown.

Harwood came into the day right in the middle of the pack in 19th place, and by the time he got to the final table he found himself in second place behind Finland’s Rasmus Ekstrom. Harwood constantly battled with Ekstrom on the final table and soon wrestled the chip lead when play got to three-handed.

By the time he was heads-up against his buddy Ostlyngen he obtained a three-to-one chip lead, which the Norwegian could not overcome. Ostlyngen was very gracious in defeat and even joined Harwood in his winner’s photo.

Harwood told us that he plans to have a few celebratory beers and have a crack at the Irish Open Main Event. For the rest of the year he plans to be back on the online grind.
