Alexander Rivzi bet from the small blind and was called by Kevin Belvedere in the big blind.
The flop came and Rivzi bet and Belvedere called.
Both players checked the turn, but Rivzi bet the river. Belvedere went into the tank. A call would have been 60% of his remaining stack. He eventually called and to his delight Rivzi said “You’re good.” Belvedere tabled for a pair of nines and a qualifying low.
“I only expected to get half of that!” a flabbergasted Belvedere quipped.
