Riku Koivurinne has won Event #42 — The OFC Championship, besting Fabian Bartuschk with this final hand:

Koivurinne                          Bartuschk

The real damage had been done a few hands earlier. Bartuschk had been left on fumes, and despite getting into fantasyland — and finding trips up top, two hands in a row — his paltry stack meant that he could not capitalise fully on the royalties.

It seemed inevitable therefore that Koivurinne would prevail eventually, and so it proved.

The Finn takes home €8,265 and the iconic Irish Open trophy to go with it.
