Welcome to Day 2 of the €350 America’s Cup, with action resuming in the money.

The 685-entrant starting field has dwindled to 47 players; they’ve locked up €760 apiece, and the remaining contenders will have eyes on the prestigious trophy, which comes along with €38,340.

Marc Asensio is coming back to a chip-leading 1,170,000 in chips, while the rest of the players are yet to eclipse the one-million mark. Leo Worthington-Leese is Asensio’s closest challenger with 985,000.

The last six tables also include two American and two Canadian runners, but the event was open to any nation, so there will be 15 flags represented when action continues.

It will be at 12 p.m. local time; our live updates kick off one hour later. Come back here for hand histories and other details from this traditional Irish Open event.
