Alshanti won a monster pot with A-Q vs Thales Filho’s T-J after Symeon Marvakis had been eliminated in 4th place for €3,725.
Filho was unable to stage a comeback with his stack crippled and picks up €4,570 for an excellent run to 3rd place.
That leaves James O’Brien and Abdullah Alshanti heads-up for the title.
Alshanti offered a chop but O’Brien declined. “I’m Irish and this is the Liam Flood Memorial. It means a lot. I want the trophy…”
